Detailed description of the works The whole house needs to be completed internally, it's ready fir first fix. My partner is a plasterer by trade and works in construction so we will be doing all if not the the majority of the works ourselves. We also have a plumber so the only cost is going to be the electrician and materials. Our budget is €60000 - €65000
